R2 France has an additional featurette compared to R0, but it, like two of the other three, is not English friendly, although the main film is.
R0 UK also has the original "Shooting Script" available as a PDF file and an extensive booklet of film and Director notes.
R4 Australia has an exclusive commentary and featurette.
OAR may have been 2.55:1.
Original audio was mono or 4-track stereo.
