The Italian release is uncut, has slightly better extras than the US release and an option of 5.1 audio. Note it is not fully English friendly though. The best English friendly release is the R1, where the extras are also English friendly.

- R1 America- Severin Films - Cuts unknown (91:30 NTSC), but the credits have been newly video-generated over action while the credits appeared on black on the Dutch VHS.
- R2 United Kingdom- Optimum Releasing - Yes (83:25 PAL), by the BBFC, both mandatory, to unsimulated animal cruelty and a rape scene (4:25) and optional cuts (for an 18 cert, as opposed to R18) to a woman expelling a ping-pong ball from her vagina (0:19).
