OVERALL: Draw
Between the UK Special Edition for the DTS track (although it uses an NTSC to PAL transfer) and the US Special Edition for the inclusion of the original Mono. Just note, the "My Friend Rick" featurette is included on both editions, but it's presented as an Easter Egg on the US release.
