The Hong Kong version for the uncut version with 7.1 audio, the most extras, and optional subtitles for the feature. Though note the “Making Of” is shorter than the one found on the other releases but additionally includes “Behind the Scenes” B-roll footage.
Also note the German release has exclusive premiere footage but the film uses a 25fps transfer. -
