Between the UK and French 2-disc editions followed closely by the German release, but the latter two are not English friendly. It is not clear how closely the UK and French release extras match-up.
France (Arte Video) and Kino also have the full length (French) TV version (~201 mins). Arte is a proper PAL transfer but it is not English-friendly while Kino is a PAL-to-NTSC conversion.
