OVERALL: Draw
The US LE and Groovy Collection releases, each has some slight differing exclusive extras and the option to watch the film with both 1.85:1 and original 1.33:1 aspect ratios while the Australian/Dutch/Scandinavian/Spanish/UK releases include a picture-in-picture feature not on the US release.
Do note the UK Re-Release comes also with a downloadable UltraViolet digital copy of the film while the Germany release includes the original Mono (in lossless audio).
Notes regarding the US LE
- Already out of print and replaced by a single disc release.
- Both share the same catalog number so if you are tracking down a copy of the 2-Disc LE, make sure you're getting the right one.
- The LE is easy to spot for its green banner on the front stating "Limited Edition - Includes Bonus Special Features DVD" and Special Features listing on the back.
