The UK, Italian (remastered and original), and US releases each have exclusive extras. Note that the US Criterion disc includes the shorter American version, and that the Italian release is not English-friendly on its extras - but does include a bonus feature-length documentary on (producer) Goffredo Lombardo.
GENERAL NOTES:
The film was shot in Super Technirama 70 format in which 35mm film was run through a camera sideways (like VistaVision) with an eight-perf width made wider with anamorphic lenses. The 2.55:1 image was then blown up to 70mm and cropped to 2.20:1 while the 35mm Cinemascope-compatible prints were cropped to 2.35:1. The 2013 Italian and 2018 German Blu-rays feature a newer scan of the film exposing the entire width of the frame.
