The American Vinegar Syndrome release contains exclusive extras and most, but not all of the previous US extras. Though do note it comes with a 40-page book & special packaging.
The German Capelight release has the lengthiest extras, including an exclusive interview with cinematographer Jost Vacano plus the 2019 documentary "You Don't Nomi".
The US releases have a trivia track. Note the DVD copy with the 15th Anniversary Edition also includes a video commentary.
The Australian "Sensual Sinema" release includes the "You Don't Nomi" documentary plus the interview and the Razzie Awards acceptance speech found on the French release.

Please note, when originally released, the 5.1 track on the Vinegar Syndrome release suffered from sync issues. The studio is currently doing a replacement program featuring the 5.1 mix in sync. Customers who bought this on the Vinegar Syndrome website will receive the corrected disc automatically while those who brought it through another retailer must contact them on the website with proof of purchase to receive replacement discs.
