The Criterion releases for the best set of extras. Note that they are missing 2 Wes Anderson-style title cards that were included theatrically that should precede "Hotel Chevalier" & the feature when played together.
Note that the other releases include the missing title cards and "The Darjeeling Limited Walking Tour" featurette which is not included on the Criterion release.
