Only minor language differences.
There are three known versions of this film (running times are 24fps):
(1.) The 121 minute uncut original US theatrical version.
(2.) The 109 minute international theatrical version as certified by the BBFC in the UK on 10.3.1980 (108:58). Also known as the shortened DVD version. This was prepared as a cutdown edit designed to get more screenings in per day when the US version failed at the US box office.
(3.) The extended 143 minute version that was used for TV broadcasts and also the US VHS release. This was extended to fill a 2-part TV time slot over two nights. -
