The R1 2-disc "The Complete Dossier" and the R2 release from Buena Vista both have both the theatrical and 'redux' versions of the film and the best set of extra-features, while the R3 Thailand release includes the "Hearts of Darkness" documentary.

Do note, that Trailers and "Destruction Of The Kurtz Compound" -featurette from the older releases are not included. The slightly cropped 2.00:1 aspect ratio (from the OAR 2.35:1) was chosen by the cinematographer, Vittorio Storaro.

The R2 French and Polish -releases has some exclusive extras.

NB: This Film is the Re-Cut, Extended Version of the Film "Apocalypse Now" and is approx. 49 mins longer.
