Between the Japanese release for the extras (which are not English friendly while the film is) or the R1 Double Feature from Shout! for the additional English dub and photo galleries.
This title is also available in another US release called Japanese Monster Movies Collector's Edition Volume 2 from Diamond which is best to be avoided. -
