Between the SEs (although the R1 has an additional easter egg).
Do note, some people have reported very slight lip sync problems at the start of episode 1 on the earlier Region 2 release. This may be player specific and may also be apparent on the other regions.
Also note, the original R1, original R2, and R4 releases includes an exclusive Q&A panel. -
