The US Kino Lorber and the UK releases for the lossless audio track and the differing exclusive extras.
This exists in two versions:
The UK theatrical edit which is the most commonly seen version, and the only one to see release on DVD and BD at this time. This is most likely Terence Fisher's director's cut.
The Continental version which has a couple of seconds extra in the scene where Hazel Court poses topless for Diffring. This has yet to turn up in any known home video edition but stills exist.
