The UK Ultimate Edition from Metrodome is uncut with both versions of the film and has the most extras.
For audio the Dutch Special Edition and the Austrian Koch Media releases have a Dolby 5.1 audio track in English, with many extras on the releases, though note the Dutch Special Edition only has the theatrical cut.
General notes: The 91 minute (NTSC) "original" version is not likely to ever be available due to missing footage. However, the "Outtakes & Dailies" feature contains much of that footage, but the synchronized audio is still missing.
