OVERALL: Draw
The German release has a progressive transfer, audio commentary, featurette, & interviews. Note the film is not fully English-friendly.
The Hong Kong release has 7.1 audio, but no extras.
Note the French release has some exclusive features, but uses an interlaced transfer at the wrong speed and has forced subtitles on the English soundtrack.
This has also been released in:

Versions:
The original Theatrical version ran 107 minutes.
In 2018, Doug Liman recut the film when it was added to Netflix. The Director's Cut runs 114 minutes.

The Director's Cut is available on streaming/VOD. We are not currently aware of any DVD or Blu-ray release of the Director's Cut. -
