The North American Scream Factory CE has both Theatrical and TV Cuts of the film with 5.1 and original stereo options and the best set of extras.

Do note, the Australian (2009), Dutch, French (2009), Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish releases have an exclusive making of featurette plus deleted scenes.

General Notes:
For its initial US network television broadcasts, a special extended, family-friendly version was prepared. This had around 45 minutes of added footage, but all overtly violent or sexual scenes and adult language in the theatrical cut were removed or replaced with less explicit takes.
