The US release has the lengthiest extras with the additional 3.5 hour documentary and includes both versions of the film.
The UK 88 Films release has exclusive extras along with both versions of the film, and note it comes from a 4K restoration.
The German release also has some exclusive extras, but note it doesn't have fully lossless audio.
