The 10 disc Blu-ray/DVD set from Arrow UK includes the original mono track with many exclusive extras.
The R0 Australian and Korean releases include an exclusive documentary.
The R1 Special Edition from Facets Video includes exclusive extras.
There is also a R1 DVD release from Criterion that apparently includes further exclusive extras as well as the feature-length versions of Dekalog 5 and Dekalog 6 (which were released theatrically). These feature-length version have their own, separate comparisons:
