OVERALL: Draw
The UK R2 Second Sight has an anamorphic transfer, a 5.1 soundtrack, and an English audio commentary. The R1 has an anamorphic transfer and some "English-friendly" extras, but only 2.0 sound.
For commentaries the Korean and Hong Kong releases have commentary tracks but in Korean and Chinese respectively without English subtitles.
