For the theatrical cut, the Danish disc is the only option.
For the director's cut, the French 3-disc set has DTS, and the best set of extra-features. Do note, that the subtitles are forced in the extra-features (not in the actual movie). It also misses the Screenplay viewer in the DVD-ROM material.
