Notes:Sleeve and website claim a Making of featurette is included, but don't mention the Cast and crew interviews. As the interviews were made on set as the film was being made, the featurette could be given either title and the interviews are likely what they mean.
There's no play all for the deleted scenes but the tally is included to be helpful. -
