These are theatrical cartoon shorts for Paramount Pictures (made by "Fleischer Studios" from 1933 to 1942, and by "Famous Studios/Paramount Cartoon Studios" from 1942 to 1957).
R1 is a (almost) definite box set from "Warner Bros", remastered. Avoid all the other budget-releases (since some cartoons have fallen into public domain)! -
