Between the US/UK/Scandinavian and French editions for offering the best overall extras.
Among these, French Edition Prestige has a lengthy documentary on the bonus disc plus the extras from the standard edition including an exclusive commentary but note the release is not English friendly.

Also note the Dutch edition has exclusive interviews.
