Yes, this is NTSC.
Case incorrectly states stereo audio and a "4:3 Letterbox" transfer.
The following audio problems are on the English track, where it reverts to Italian without subtitles:
1) a brief line at 36:12 to 36:14 (just after Franco Nero throws the land mine).
2) 43:28 to 44:31 (1m03sec) (When they are lost in the desert).
3) One line between 62:04 - 62:06 (Nero shouting at the terrorists after they try to escape in the jeep).
4) 79:03 - 80:46 (a tussle between Nero, Michel Constatin and the two terrorists).
5) 82:09 - 83:00 (the police interviewing one of the Nero's crew).
