Either the U.K. or French release for their exclusive extras (do note that the French release is not English-friendly).
Versions
The film exists in an Unrated version and an R-rated version. Various local territories also applied their own cuts to the film (eg, the film was cut quite heavily in the UK).
Note there are various hybrid edits of the film in existence, which combine elements from the unrated cut with footage from the 'R' rated version.
