The Scandinavian edition has the best selection of bonus features, including an audio commentary.

Do note that the German edition has a short exclusive interview but the main feature transfer is interlaced and original audio is DTS only.

Neither of these editions is English-friendly.

There are no essential differences between the UK and American edition.
