OVERALL: Draw
- The US/Canada Scream Factory release has exclusive featurettes and additional commentaries. Do note, the 2023 release contains a Dolby Atmos sound mix but some of the extras on the 2018 release, while still included, have been ported over to the 4K disc. Also note, the 5.1 on the 2018 release is high pitched and out of sync (the original Stereo mix however is in the correct pitch with no sync issues). This has been corrected for the 2023 release.
- The UK release includes "Just Desserts: The Making of Creepshow" and "Behind the Screams with Tom Savini", but these extras can also be found on the US Synapse release of Just Desserts: The Making of Creepshow. More info can be found here. Also note, the 5.1 is also high-pitched and out of sync. -
