For their differing extra features. Note that US and German releases are 1080p and UK is 1080i - it is unclear which is the filmed speed.
Series 1 of the show was a UK production. After that, it became a US/UK co-production, with US releasing Series 2 as Season 1, even though it is technically the second season. -
