R3 Taiwan offers the longest version available, the Region 1 version is in the correct aspect ratio and has a commentary - but only an English (dub) Dolby Digital 5.1, and the Region 2 version has an anamorphic transfer, original Mandarin audio track, and an extensive list of extra features.

The officla HK cut is ~96 minutes while a longer cut was released in Taiwan (~124 minutes)
