OVERALL: Draw
Between R2 and R4 for now having the longer cuts of each episode.
Be aware though that R2 UK initial pressings were the same as the US TV version. Fox offered newly mastered versions of discs 5 & 6 to sort it out, and replaced subsequent pressings with the correct discs.
R1 SE has by far the best extras, but it is presently unconfirmed if it offers the shorter US or the longer international cut. -
CUTS:
- R1 America- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - No cuts - shorter US version - 90 seconds are missing from this release that are present on the R2/R4 releases, due to ad breaks.
- R1 Special Edition America- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - No cuts - assumed to be the shorter US version, but this is presently unconfirmed.
- R2 France- Fox Pathe Europa - No cuts - longer international version - 90 seconds of footage more than the US version which was shorter due to ad breaks.
- R2 Holland- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - No cuts - longer international version - 90 seconds of footage more than the US version which was shorter due to ad breaks.
-
R2 United Kingdom- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - No cuts - longer international version - 90 seconds of footage more than the US version which was shorter due to ad breaks.
However, the first pressings of this disc were made from the US master. Fox have offered replacements with a new mastered version of discs 5 & 6 to return the 90 seconds. - R4 Australia- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - No cuts - longer international version - 90 seconds of footage more than the US version which was shorter due to ad breaks.
