Between the R1 CE, R2 UK and R4 Australian releases for additional extra features, or the R3 HK release for the deleted scenes and a DTS track. The R2 Japanese release is almost the same as the HK release, but doesn't have any English subtitles.

  1. The very first line of dialogue in the movie where the kidnappers are discussing the night's winning lottery numbers is cut.
  2. A scene towards the end where the kidnappers throw Teddy Wang overboard in an attempt to drown him is cut.
  3. After Teddy Wang is re-united with his wife they get into a car and leave. The following scene where she runs out of the car to thank Jackie is cut.
  4. Immediately following that, a scene where Jackie burns Teddy's wallet and throws it into the water is cut.
  5. Lastly, there is onscreen text featuring an epilogue/disclaimer that is cut.
