OVERALL: Draw
Between all the 3-Disc editions for the wealth of extras. Note however that these new editions all drop the DTS soundtrack.
So if you want DTS, then go for either the R1; R2 Dutch, French, Spanish, UK or the R4 release (as they have English DTS, all other single disc version either have a dubbed DTS track or none at all). The DTS releases all seem to be quite identical and "half bitrate" (764 kbps).
