The Scandinavian Special Edition release has both versions of the film and many extras (However there are some problems with the transfer quality).
The South Korean 2-disc release has the longer version with many extras including the commentary.
The R6 China release has DTS and the longer version.
The Japanese 2-disc release has DTS and many extras including Japanese exclusives but is the shorter version.
Note the edited international version has been regraded, and is slightly blurry and zoomed in compared to the original Korean cut.
