The Scandinavian release for the anamorphic transfer with the most extras, though note it does not include the German audio and is an NTSC to PAL transfer.
The UK release also has a proper PAL anamorphic 1.78:1 transfer with optional German and English audio, but lacks many extras.

Note the original European aspect ratio is 1.66:1.
The 1.78:1 transfers slightly crop the top and/or bottom while the 1.33:1 transfers have an open matte transfer with a slight drop on the sides.
