The German and Italian (Cult Media) releases contain the longer cut in its OAR (but neither is English-friendly), whereas the US Code Red release contains the shorter US release in its OAR (and is English-friendly). The German release contains the best selection of contextual material (including a panned-and-scanned version of the shorter US cut).
