OVERALL: Blu-ray ALL
The only version we currently have specifications for.
The film exists in a number of versions:
(1) French version with two nude inserts (87 minutes)
(2) Spanish version wihout nudity but featuring additional dialogue scenes and a different score (97 minutes).
(3) the export version titled "The Diabolical Dr. Satan" (retitled "The Awful Dr. Orlof" in the U.S.) which is the French version without the nude scenes
(4) the nudie alternate export version titled "The Horrible Dr. Orlof" shown in the U.S. adult theaters
The original non-nude take of the surgery scene featured in the Spanish version and the export edition of the French edit could not be found at the time Eurociné struck the SD and HD masters for DVD and Blu-ray but was subsequently discovered to have been used in the assembly of the flashback sequences for the Eurociné re-edit of Revenge in the House of Usher.
A visual comparison of the domestic Spanish version and the shorter export cut is available at the following link:

General notes (this info is from Brad Stevens/”Mondo Erotico”):
Original Spanish version is 93 min (PAL). The Spanish version features a different music score (the music is also used in different places). The credits on the Spanish print are also completely different, and positioned differently. The DVD´s (“European cut”) are missing the following scenes:
0m 0s = The opening shot fades in on the Spanish print, but simply cuts in on the DVD.
2m 13s = After the woman walks towards her wardrobe, the middle of the shot (in which we see her removing a nightgown, just before the zoom in to Morpho) has been removed.
2m 15s = 53 seconds showing the woman undressing, putting on her nightgown and walking back towards the wardrobe have been cut. On the DVD, the fact that the woman's clothes change as Morpho attacks her looks like a continuity error.
4m 3s = 11 seconds of Inspector Tanner talking to his girlfriend, Wanda (just before they kiss), have been cut.
5m 48s = After the line "another one you say", 20 seconds of dialogue in the office has been cut.
6m 22s = 40 seconds have been removed from the end of the office scene.
6m 48s = 1 minute 24 seconds of Tanner talking to a woman in the office have been cut at the end of the office scene.
7m 13s = After the woman says "extraordinary", 15 seconds have been removed from the end of the scene.
25m 23s = 11 seconds of old woman talking.
25m 34s = 5 seconds of police artist drawing.
25m 38s = 23 seconds of police artist drawing.
25m 51s = 15 seconds of man with moustache talking.
39m 36s = A 2 minutes 4 seconds sequence has been cut. This shows Inspector Tanner and a police officer walking with another man. They enter an inn and begin talking to Jeannot (incidentally, in the English version, Jeannot has been dubbed by Lickerish Quartet's Frank Wolff).
40m 5s = 23 seconds have been cut from the middle of the shot in which the police talk to Jeannot.
40m 28s = Another 41 seconds have been cut from later on in the shot showing the police talking to Jeannot, causing a noticeable jump cut.
46m 48s to 47m 26s = At this point, the DVD shows Orlof cutting between a woman's breasts. The Spanish version cuts this and substitutes a 21-second shot of Orlof chloroforming the woman, then a 17-second shot of Orlof placing his scalpel on the woman's forehead.
58m 54s = 30 seconds of the opera performance have been cut.
76m 22s to 76m 28s = At this point, the DVD has a close-up of Morpho holding Wanda's breasts. Instead of this, the Spanish version contains a shot (of precisely the same length) showing Morpho chasing Wanda up some stairs.
82m 27s = 22 seconds of Orlof standing up and looking at the body of his daughter on the table.
82m 46s = Just before 'Fin', the Spanish version has an extra 31 seconds of Inspector Tanner and Wanda talking to Jeannot.
The Spanish version also has 20 seconds of additional music at the end.
