OVERALL: Blu-ray ALL
The Umbrella release restores the audio cues missing from the US disc (see the 'Notes' section for both releases) and also includes some additional contextual material.

GENERAL NOTES:
All releases represent the R-rated theatrical version. The MPAA gave the original cut of the film an X rating and forced them to make numerous omissions in order to get an R rating (including a shot of a fireplace poker stuck in the forehead of a zombie, blood spattering out of the back of the head of a zombie - the take used in the R-rated version has no spatter - and another zombie's head exploding). Some of these shots can be found in "The Dead Walk" documentary. -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray A America- Twilight Time - No cuts (88:15)
- Blu-ray ALL America- Sony Pictures Home Entertainment - No cuts (88:15)
- Blu-ray ALL Australia- Umbrella Entertainment - No cuts (88:15)
