Notes:The two still galleries will only play if you select the commentary first and when it starts playing hit menu, navigate back to special features and then highlight your chosen gallery. You will have to repeat this silliness every time you want to select a gallery (If you finish one, it defaults to the main menu on completion and then when you go back into the extras menu you can't select either of the galleries. So, you have to go through the above procedure again).
The interviews are accessed from the Special Features menu in a different order to how they play when you select "Play All": Doug Barr, Stephen Furst, Craig Reardon, Tom Burman, Tony Unger. -
