OVERALL: Draw
Between the US Essential Fellini, Australian, French and Italian editions for offering the best, but different, extras. (The audio interview with Mastroianni from the single-disc Criterion is on the Intervista disc within the Essential Fellini Criterion set.)
However, note the French edition has forced French subtitles and isn't English-friendly, whilst the Italian disc is only somewhat English-friendly (there are subtitles for the main feature and one of the extras can be viewed in English). The US Paramount release has an exclusive introduction, but it is the only extra on the disc. -
