OVERALL: Blu-ray B
The UK 88 Films release for the extras and the theatrical aspect ratio.
NOTE:
Longer release times have been quoted (e.g. BBFC dated 26.3.1976 - 164:15) but this may include an overture, intermission, entr'acte and exit music.
Also, filmmakers work closely with the BBFC from the scripting stages through the final release to arrive at a certificate, so this longer version could be part of that process or could be the premiere version with the additional bits mentioned above; it premiered in London on 13.4.1976.
There seem to be two main versions:
(1.) The original full-length UK version (149 minutes).
(2.) A shorter (most likely a) re-release version (120 minutes). -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray ALL America- Timeless Media Group - No cuts - Original UK theatrical version (149:23)
- Blu-ray B United Kingdom- 88 Films - No cuts - Original UK theatrical version (149:28)
- Blu-ray B United Kingdom- Odeon Entertainment - No cuts - Original UK theatrical version (149:02)
