OVERALL: Draw
The North American Scream Factory 4K+Blu-ray releases have lossless audio in both 5.1 and original mono (which also restores missing dialogue, music, and sound effects) and the most extras.
Please note, when originally released, the mono on the 2016 Scream Factory CE had some issues including hissing. Shout! Factory is currently doing a replacement program containing the disc with better sounding mono. You can contact them at info@shoutfactory.com with a copy of your receipt and address.
