OVERALL: Draw
The US release includes an exclusive interview and a photo gallery, but only has 7 deleted scenes. The German and UK releases have a different interview and include 8 deleted scenes, but the German release appears to be 25fps and is not English-friendly.
Also note that the USA and UK releases include the John Hurt narration dub.

Original language is German with narration by Robert Hunger-Bühler. The English version is narrated by John Hurt. -
