R2 for the extras (interviews) but do note it's available only as separate volumes and none of them are English friendly.
R1 and R4 are English friendly, feature only minor differences between each other and unlike R2, come conveniently in a single package but lose the interviews.
Episode titles are taken from the English friendly releases' DVD menus; they differ slightly of their wording from the English title captions of the actual episodes. -
