OVERALL: Draw
The US/Canadian Shout! releases have both cuts of the film with the lengthiest extras. Though note there is an alteration made near the end of the film with the 2024 restorations.
The German release has both cuts of the film with an exclusive featurette.
Information on differences between the theatrical cut and the unrated director's cut can be found on Movie-Censorship.
Note the 2024 Twohy approved restorations removes a shot in which Riddick grabs Dahl's butt as he's being rescued, fading to black earlier. -
