Only minor language and subtitle differences.
Do note the French release loses the 'Reverend Doctor' short film and features an exclusive non-English friendly interview instead.

The audio for the film is reportedly overall very poorly mixed so DTS-HD isn't much of an improvement over the audio options on DVD, for an already lousy sound mix.

Avoid the German release for it being heavily CUT, in a wrong aspect ratio and it also has a 1080i/50Hz transfer.
