The following versions of the movie are known:
- The export English language version, which can be considered as the official version, since the movie was originally shot in English for post synchronization.
- The Italian Language version, featuring some alternate dialogue scenes, in which the actors spoke Italian.
Both versions feature the same gore and sex content.
The film seems to have been shot 1.85:1 hard matte in camera so all 1.33:1 versions are severely cropped.

- The murder of a teenage girl loses 0:02 in two cuts, the first of her throat being cut from behind, and the other of a graphic hatchet blow to the head.
- Nearly the entire scene (0:21) is cut from the boy's death with a machete embedded in his face.
- Three cuts (0:09) reduce the death of a couple impaled together with a spear whilst making love, blood welling from the wounds, and their writhing bodies in the spasms of death.
- Reduction of 0:11 from a man's death, as he's being forced up a wall by a spear impaled in his stomach (80:29 PAL).
