OVERALL: Draw
The US "In Black & White" release is the only release with the original monochrome versions of the episodes.
For extras, the UK 35 disc "Complete Box" and the 36 "The Complete Box - Includes the Motion Picture" include a bonus disc of extras, Note the boxsets include only the colorized versions of season 1&2.
There's a rumor that the studio created the monochrome set by simply switching the color off the colorized masters. -
