OVERALL: Draw
The German Ultimate Collector's Edition has a 4K restoration and the most extras including additional ROM content. Note it also includes the remake film.
The US Scorpion release has a different 4K scan and an exclusive stuntman interview.
The US Twilight Time releases have an isolated score, while the UK release has an isolated music & effects track.
Note the original Twilight Time and German releases have a mono track, while the other US releases and UK release have the original stereo track.
Several issues were reported with the German release, see here & here for a statement from Capelight with information about the issues and replacements. -
