- R0 America- WGBH Boston Video - Unknown, the BBFC lists a running time of 91:56 (which may or may not include added content) but the the US DVD runs 81 minutes (86:40 with "Masterpiece Theater" introduction and closing credits). Since the feature presentation includes the aforementioned host footage and closing credits, that broadcast may have been edited to fit into a ninety-minute spot.
